1. Program Description

Tesla Giveaway Program is an independent vehicle enrollment and delivery logistics platform. Participants do not purchase a vehicle. Instead, eligible participants are enrolled through this platform to receive a Tesla vehicle through our promotional partner program. The participant's only financial obligation is the logistics and delivery fee required to transport the vehicle to their designated delivery address.

This platform is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Tesla Giveaway Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in an eligible delivery region
• Provide accurate personal and delivery information
• Not have previously received a vehicle through this program

3. One Vehicle Per Participant

Each eligible participant is limited to one vehicle enrollment. Multiple submissions using the same name, email address, phone number, or delivery address will be flagged and the duplicate enrollment cancelled. Attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in permanent disqualification from the program.

4. Enrollment Process

Submitting the enrollment form initiates a review process. After submission, our team will verify your eligibility within 24–48 hours and send you a confirmed logistics fee quote. No payment is collected at the time of form submission. Payment is only required after eligibility has been confirmed and you have received and agreed to the final logistics fee quote.

5. Logistics and Delivery Fee

The logistics fee covers door-to-door vehicle delivery from our distribution facility to your specified address. The fee is calculated based on your delivery location, selected vehicle model, chosen delivery tier, and any promotional discount applied to your account. Estimated fees shown on the platform are indicative only — your confirmed quote is provided after eligibility verification.

6. Jackpot Rewards

Participants who receive a jackpot reward through our spin-wheel promotion are eligible for a 20% discount on their confirmed logistics fee, in addition to claim priority on the jackpot vehicle model. Jackpot rewards are tied to a specific vehicle category and are non-transferable. Only one reward may be applied per enrollment. See our Eligibility Policy for full jackpot rules.

7. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store raw payment credentials on our servers. Once logistics processing has commenced, the delivery fee is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for cancellation windows and exceptions.

8. Disclaimer

Vehicle availability is subject to program stock levels. We reserve the right to offer an equivalent model if your selected vehicle becomes unavailable. See our Disclaimer for full details.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
