Delivery Policy

1. Overview
Tesla Giveaway Program provides door-to-door vehicle delivery logistics for all enrolled participants. The logistics fee covers the full cost of transporting your vehicle from our distribution facility to your designated delivery address. The logistics fee is the participant's only financial obligation — there is no vehicle purchase required.
2. How the Logistics Fee Is Calculated
Your confirmed logistics fee is based on four factors:
- Vehicle model: Each model has a base logistics fee reflecting its size and transport requirements. Larger or higher-value models carry higher base fees.
- Delivery location: Distance from our Texas-based distribution hub determines a location multiplier. Domestic long-distance and international deliveries carry higher multipliers.
- Delivery tier: Your selected service tier (see Section 3) adds a tier premium to the base fee.
- Promotional discount: Jackpot reward winners receive a 20% discount applied to their calculated fee. No other discounts are combinable with the jackpot discount.
All logistics fees are clamped between a minimum of $199 and a maximum of $899. The estimate shown during enrollment is indicative. Your final confirmed fee is provided after eligibility verification — before any payment is collected.

Delivery timelines begin after eligibility verification and payment confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, carrier availability, or regional factors.
4. Geographic Coverage
We currently offer delivery within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International deliveries carry a higher location multiplier due to customs, transport, and handling requirements. Deliveries to regions not listed above are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for availability.
5. Quote Confirmation
An estimated fee is shown during enrollment for guidance. Your binding confirmed logistics fee is provided by our team within 24–48 hours of form submission, after eligibility verification. You will receive the confirmed quote via email before any payment is requested. You are under no obligation to proceed if the confirmed fee differs from the estimate.
