If your selected model becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an equivalent alternative. You may decline the alternative and request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We strive to keep all vehicle specifications, fee estimates, and program information accurate and up to date. However, specifications shown on this platform are sourced from publicly available manufacturer data and may not reflect the exact configuration of the vehicle delivered to you. Confirmed vehicle specifications are provided during the eligibility review process.

Logistics fee estimates shown during enrollment are calculated automatically and are indicative only. Your binding confirmed fee is issued by our team after eligibility verification — before any payment is collected. See our Delivery Policy for details.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Spin-wheel results are generated by a weighted random mechanism and do not guarantee any specific vehicle or reward. Jackpot reward claims are subject to eligibility verification and program availability. Receiving a jackpot spin result does not guarantee fulfillment of that specific vehicle if availability has been exhausted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tesla Giveaway Program and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to delays in delivery, changes in vehicle availability, or spin-wheel outcomes.
