Eligibility

1. Who Is Eligible

To be eligible for the Tesla Giveaway Program, a participant must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment
• Provide a valid government-issued ID upon request
• Reside in or provide a delivery address within an eligible delivery region
• Not have previously enrolled in or received a vehicle through this program under any name, email address, or identity
• Submit accurate and verifiable personal and delivery information

2. One Vehicle Per Eligible Participant

Each individual is strictly limited to one vehicle enrollment through this program. This restriction applies regardless of which model is selected or which promotional reward is received. Duplicate enrollments — identified by matching name, email, phone number, delivery address, or IP address — will be cancelled and may result in permanent disqualification from the program.

This one-vehicle limit applies across all spin-wheel reward categories. Winning a jackpot reward does not grant the right to a second enrollment on a different model.

3. Enrollment Process

Enrollment begins when you submit the claim form on our platform. Our team reviews all submissions within 24–48 hours to verify eligibility. You will receive an email confirming whether your enrollment has been approved, along with your confirmed logistics fee quote. No payment is collected during form submission.

4. Jackpot Reward Eligibility

Our spin-wheel promotion offers the chance to win one of three jackpot vehicles: the Tesla Model Y Long Range, Cybertruck, or Model S Plaid. Jackpot rewards are awarded randomly through the weighted spin mechanism and are subject to the following rules:

• Jackpot rewards are available to all visitors once per browser session per device
• A jackpot win gives the participant priority claim status on the associated vehicle category
• Jackpot winners receive a 20% discount applied to their confirmed logistics fee
• Jackpot rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit
• The reward is stored locally on your device and presented to our team during enrollment processing — participants should not clear their browser storage before submitting their claim form
• We reserve the right to verify reward authenticity. Tampered or fraudulent reward data will be rejected and the enrollment disqualified

5. Delivery Discount for Jackpot Winners

Eligible jackpot winners receive a 20% reduction applied to the full calculated logistics fee (after base fee, location multiplier, and tier premium are combined). The discount is applied automatically when the enrollment form detects the reward in your browser storage. The discounted amount is shown as an estimate during enrollment and confirmed in your official quote after eligibility review.

6. Verification

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the enrollment or delivery process, including government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment. Failure to provide requested verification within 5 business days may result in cancellation of enrollment.

7. Disqualification

We may disqualify any participant at our sole discretion for fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the platform, violation of these eligibility rules, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the program. Disqualified participants forfeit any logistics fees paid, subject to the exceptions in our Refund Policy.
