• Vehicle of interest and enrollment details
• Delivery address, city, state or province, country, and postal code
• Selected delivery tier and any promotional reward information
• IP address and browser metadata for fraud prevention and rate limiting
• Payment transaction metadata (see Section 3 — we do not collect raw card data)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

• Process and verify your enrollment claim
• Calculate and confirm your logistics and delivery fee quote
• Coordinate door-to-door vehicle delivery logistics
• Send enrollment confirmation emails and delivery status notifications
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and spam submissions
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials, or OTPs on our servers. The information we retain after a completed payment includes only transaction metadata: customer name, email, phone, selected vehicle, delivery amount, payment status, transaction reference, and timestamps. This data is stored securely in our database and used solely for order fulfillment and support purposes.

4. Data Retention

Enrollment and payment records are retained for a minimum of three years for operational, legal, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

5. Cookies, Storage, and Analytics

We use browser storage — specifically localStorage and sessionStorage — to support core site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies in the traditional sense. The specific storage keys we write are:

• tesla_ev_cookie_consent (localStorage) — stores your consent preferences, acceptance timestamp, and consent version. Retained until you clear your browser storage.
• spin_reward (localStorage) — stores the spin-wheel result from your current session so it can be applied as a discount in the enrollment form. Contains only your reward ID and discount percentage — no personal data.
• spin_shown_date (sessionStorage) — a flag that prevents the spin-wheel prompt from appearing more than once per browser session. Cleared automatically when you close the tab or reload.

We present a consent banner on your first visit. You may choose:

• Essential & Functional — always active; required for the spin-wheel and enrollment form to function correctly.
• Analytics — optional; allows aggregate usage tracking to help us understand how visitors use the platform. No individual browsing behavior is sold or shared. No third-party analytics scripts are currently installed. Analytics events will only fire if you have consented.
• Marketing — optional; enables future advertising and retargeting integrations. No marketing scripts are currently installed.

You can update your preferences at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. Your preferences are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.
